We can understand how frustrating delays in delivery times can be. Thank you for your patience if you are wondering where your package is. We advise a maximum of 2-4 weeks for delivery, however, if you haven’t received your order within 60 days of making your purchase, please contact us for a refund regardless of whether the item is still due to come or not.
Refunds will only be processed if your order has reached 60 days without the item arriving.

Our shoulder buddies are hand picked by our team from the highest quality suppliers we can find. They do not hold any loose or hard parts and are UK|CE Approved. Our shoulder buddies are made from fabrics that are hypoallergenic & non-toxic.
The colour will not transfer with water. Products are provided in plastic packaging for shipping purposes.

Yes, tracked from the warehouse to your front door. Login to your account or use your order confirmation email to track your delivery at any time.
Our products are normally packaged in plastic or cardboard packaging and sometimes come vacuum sealed to ensure a safe delivery.
You will receive a dispatch notification once the item has left our warehouse. You will receive an email which will include tracking information. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to check your order status. If your order hasn’t arrived within 6 weeks, please contact us.
As all our products are quality inspected by our suppliers and by our warehouse staff before delivery we ensure that our products are at the highest standard. In the unlikely situation you feel your product is faulty or damaged in anyway please contact our customer services team providing your Order ID and photos of the defective product and we will be happy to arrange a refund.
Please email us immediately. However, if your shipment is already on the way to you, we are unable to take any further action until we can arrange a return.
We include tax in our products so there is no extra fees from us. Any import fees are very rare and we have yet to experience a customer that has incurred any charges, but in the extreme circumstance you are responsible if you need to pay any local postage handling or custom fees.
If you are placing a extremely large order 5-10 items or more we recommend splitting your order up into smaller orders.
